CLEVELEYS PARK METHODIST CHURCH

West Drive Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire.

The first Methodist Church in Cleveleys was founded when local Methodists

bought the site from the Cleveleys Cottage Exhibition

and converted their tearoom into a chapel in 1907.

A new permanent building was built in1909.

*******

The present building was opened in 1962, after years of fundraising by hardworking members.

Subsequent extensions have been added to create more space and to accommodate

the various activities.

Today we have a busy church dedicated to the Glory of God

and where you will always find a welcome.

We use Fairtrade products in our coffee bar and these are always available to purchase.

*******

Our premises are used by various groups from the local community.

Rooms are available for hire.

*******

Why dont you pay us a visit?

  If a Sunday service is not for you, we have various weekly activities you may like.

And you will always be very welcome.
